Magic Island is ours for CharCon

To all,

We are working out the final details, but currently right now Magic Island is ours for Saturday from 4:00pm-12:00am. Once we have the details worked out I will be posting the modules for CharCon. This year we are going to try to do modules for all levels not just new player modules.

Now I know that everyone has to pay to get into CharCon, but if you would like to just come to Magic Island for our modules that is fine by us Wink.

We are going to run a package deal for this coming weekend 20 dollars for all three tourneys and any modules you wish to PC in as well. There is alos NPC credit for those that help out at the booth and troll points as well five per day. Please note that each tourney, module, and NPC day is a full max out.

Joel its just down the road from CharCon next to the bridges and its really nice. This might be a every year event here for CharCon if we play our cards right. Wink

Here is a list of the modules so far still waiting to see if we get both days if not we might be running modules up at Coonskin Park as well! These modules are open to all levels, remember $20 will cover you for all modules ran and all tournements.

For brand new players and people wanting to just try out our LARP can play pregenerated character for $5 dollars or make their own for $10.

Plus, as always you can NPC a module or modules for free!

I will be writing more modules for Stormberg (aka Charleston, WV) as well as those listed. We are going to start something new that no LARP, I've seen has done yet with modules. So keep in touch over the next few weeks to find out!!!

In Stormberg you hear rumors of brigands raiding drovers on the northern trail. Your party is hired by a human, named Hans Gruber who works for Avalon’s Crown, to investigate these raids and to put a end to them.

What manner of creatures will your party face in the wilds of Naringal, while looking for these raiders? or are you brave enough to go at all?

After your party's last adventure in Naringal, you hear rumors of people disappearing in Stormberg. Your party is hired by a silver fox scavenger named Lieutenant Crevan “Cree” Tokala to investigate these disappearances and if possible find these missing people.

In your party's search for information about the disappearances they get a lead about a strange cult operating outside of Stormberg in the wild lands to the north west. People traveling back and forth from Haven to Stormberg tell you a location close to the western trail. Where creepy lights are seen every so often on a forested hill north of the road.

Will you go and discover what this cult is up too? Or will you turn on your party and join this cult to seek power?

Since your party's last adventure in Naringal, you have been relaxing at "The Honest Nobleman Taproom." Your party is approached by a Lunari elf who does not give you his name. He offers you a very high commission to explore a cavern to the north of Stormberg.

Do you join your friends in investigating the cavern? Or will you wait out side for them to return?

To arms! To arms! Your party is awoke from their sleep in the early morning by a town crier. To arms! To arms! Avalon’s Crown and The 1st Company of Naringal needs every able body person to head towards the Southern March. The Bog Hags forces are assualting the trenches with renewed vigor.

Do you join the volunteers to the south in the trenches? Or will you sleep in and hope for the best?

I hope you guys have a great turn out and a fantastic time! Zara and Squire Faolan MAYbe able to join the intrepid adventurers at the questionable inn (the one haunted by raccoon spirits). Not sure yet, but I'm hoping!

Magic Island is a go!!! 4pm - 12am this Saturday 10-22-2011 modules will be ran by NERO SWV for CharCon 2011. We will also be doing touraments and modules before had Saturday 10-22-2011 at Cookskin State Park from 10:00am - 3pm.

$5 for brand new player, playing pre-gen character at a module

$10 for brand new player or veteran player playing their own character at all modules

$10 for all touraments this weekend as well
